Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Website Users
Firebase Authentication
- Log in to your account on WeightCheque.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm the deletion your account will be deactivated immediately
- Data is permanently removed within 30 days
Android App Users
Express.js Backend
- Open the Weight Cheque Android app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
- Data is permanently removed within 30 days
Can't log in? Request deletion via email
If you're unable to access your account, fill out the form below and we'll process the deletion manually.
What data is deleted?
✓ Permanently Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, photo)
- Saved recipes and meal plans
- Weight tracking history and progress
- Articles and bookmarks
- Subscription and billing data
- Authentication credentials
Retained (anonymized)
- Anonymous usage analytics (no personal identifiers)
- Aggregated statistics (e.g., "50 users completed this recipe")
- Transaction records for tax/legal compliance (up to 7 years)
Deletion Timeline
Your account is deactivated immediately upon request. All personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Certain financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
